My Account

How do I access my account information?

If you are a registered KnowledgeStor member, the following information is available depending on your acount status when you access your account:

  • Current Balance
  • Billing/Payment History
  • Total Purchases by Publication
  • My Bookshelf

There is more than one way to access your My Account Status.

  • If your browser is configured to accept cookies, click My Account on the navigation menu.
  • Click the MediaCenter icon that is displayed in the lower right corner of your Windows taskbar, and then click View Account Status.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update/verify your registration information online, such as your address or credit card information, at anytime. Click Update Registration Information here.

When I click My Account in the navigation menu, why can't I access my account?

If your browser isn't configured to accept cookies, you will not be able to access your account information by clicking My Account on the navigation menu. To configure Internet Explorer 4.0 to accept cookies, from the View pull-down menu, select Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down to Security

What if I have a question regarding billing?

When you reach the $80.00 limit and are requested to pay, you have the option to click Payment Question, at which time you are asked to submit a form with your payment/billing questions. You can also e-mail us at [email protected]
